September 8, 2003--SCOTTS VALLEY, CA--Satori Labs, a technology company dedicated to developing a new class of time and information management tools that enable people to work more intuitively and effectively, today announced their acceptance into the Women's Technology Cluster IT Venture Series. The goal of the IT Venture Series is to provide entrepreneurial companies the tools and resources necessary to take their high-growth ventures to the next level.
Selected from over 100 companies who applied for the program, Satori Labs is one of nine companies who will receive expert help in refining its business and funding strategies, insight into intellectual property issues and exposure to and feedback from leading Venture Capital firms.
"Participating in this series gives us a wealth of information; valuable insight into the workings of the VC world, great advice on polishing up our plans, and the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs who have some of the same concerns as Satori Labs," stated Roy Feague, founder of Satori Labs. "I cannot say enough about the quality of the participants, the coaches, the sponsors and the WTC organization. The WTC provides tremendous benefits to its companies."
At the end of the eight sessions, participating companies will have the opportunity to present their businesses to a large group of Venture Capital companies and Angel investors.
