Satori Labs, Inc. Appoints New Board Member
|
Scotts Valley, CA - March 16, 2006--Satori Labs, a leading provider of digital pen-and-paper solutions for healthcare forms automation, announced today the appointment of David A. Auerbach to its Board of Directors.
In welcoming Mr. Auerbach's appointment, Satori Labs CEO, Roy Feague said, "David Auerbach brings a wealth of valuable experience in the healthcare industry. He has deep, hands-on experience with building a successful healthcare technology business from the ground up. We are delighted to have David join our Board, and are confident that he will make a substantial contribution to the operational and the strategic direction of Satori Labs."
As a founder of IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc., Mr. Auerbach guided the company to over $70 Million in revenue and a customer base in excess of 2500 hospitals and clinics around the world during his sixteen year tenure with the company. After a successful public offering in 2002, IMPAC Medical Systems was acquired by Elekta AB in 2005 for $250 Million and now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swedish medical device company.
